OUR POLICIES

Cancellation Policy:

Our Services are reserved by a credit card.

To avoid a 50% service charge, please allow 24 hours for cancellation and rescheduling requests.

Bridal Packages:

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. 20% Gratuity will be automatically added. 
Wedding Party appointments are scheduled upon receipt of deposit and signed Bridal Party Contract.

Upon acceptance of contract

50% will be calculated and charged to the credit card.
The balance due will be charged to the credit card seven days prior to Day of Service.

Cancellations prior to 30 days of scheduled service will be charged a $100.00 scheduling fee.
The remainder wil be credited to the credit card. 
Cancellations 14-29 days of scheduled service will be charged the 50% deposit (including Gratuity). 
Cancellations less than 2 weeks will have the credit card on file charged for the Full Balance.

Refund Policy:

Service discrepancies must be reported within 3 days of service. 
Products may be returned if there is a negative reaction. No cash refunds.
